Manual or automated testing — which do I need?

Both, in the right balance. Automation handles repetitive regression and data-driven checks at speed; manual and exploratory testing catches usability issues, visual glitches and unexpected edge cases. We recommend a mix from day one and automate more as the product stabilises.

Can you test software you didn't develop?

Yes — roughly half our QA work is on third-party codebases. We start with a short audit of requirements and architecture, then build a test plan tailored to what exists.

How do you integrate with our development team?
